Applications are invited from Electronics/Mechanical Engineering students of Pre- final and Final year to join Technical Branch as Permanent Commission Officers under University Entry Scheme for the course of 74 weeks commending in January.
Age limit
Between 18 to 28-years. Candidates below 25 years should be unmarried.
Minimum Educational Qualification
FOR AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING (ELECTRONICS BRANCH) : Candidates should be studying for one of the following qualifications with minimum 55% aggregate marks of all semesters/years in Degree Examination.
(a) Engineering Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication/Electrical/Electrical Communication/ Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation/ Computer Science and Engineering or a combination of these subjects;
(b) B.Tech in Radio Physics and Electronics of Calcutta University; OR
(c) M.Sc. Physics with Electronics of Bombay University; OR
(d) M.Sc. Electronics of Delhi, Bangalore, Madras, Lucknow, Gujarat or Calcutta University OR
(E) BSc (PCM) and AMIE or equivalent qualification in Electronics/Electrical/Tele communication/ Radio & Radio Engg/ Avionics/ Associate Membership of Aeronautical Soceity of India with Avionics/Communication along with 2 years experience.
FOR AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING (MECHANICAL BRANCH) : Candidates must have one of the following qualifications with minimum 55% aggregate marks of all semesters/ years in Degree Examination:
(a) Engineering Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Production/Industrial Production. OR (E) BSc (PCM) and AMIE or equivalent qualification and Associate Membership Examination Part II and III of ASI with Group I (Design & Production) or Group II (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) subjects, alongwith 2 years experience.
