Applications are invited from male Indian citizens for selection as Airmen in Musician Trade of the IAF.

Age limit
17 to 33 years.

Minimum Educational Qualification
Candidate should be able to read and write English and should have knowledge of Elementary Arithmetic and should be proficient at playing any of the following instruments: Trumpet/Bass/Violin/ Saxophone/Clarinet/Euphonium/jazz Drum/Piccolo/Bass Trombone/Key Board.

Interivews Test/ Personality Test
Eligible candidates will be called for Selection Test/Interview and Medical Test at specified Centres.

Physical Standards
(a) Height - 167 cms.

(b) Chest - (i) Minimum expanded chest should be 75 cms. (ii) Minimum range of expansion 5 cm

(c) Vision - Atleast 6/12 in each eye with glasses or 6/6 in one eye and 6/36 in other eye with glasses.

(d) Generally free from all communicable diseases. No Cardio Vascular, Surgical deformities or infection of the ears. No history offits or psychiatric ailment.
