HCL invites applications from eligible Graduates/Post-Graduates who wish to seek a career with the Organisation as Graduate Engineer Trainees and Management Trainees.

Age limit
(for all Trainees ): Not more than 26 years.

Minimum Educational Qualification
For Graduate Engineer Trainees : First Class Degree in Engineering or Technology in Mining, Metallurgy, Chemical, Mineral Ore Dressing, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation/Electronics,Computer and Industrial Engineering from a recogmsed College of Engineering/ Institute of Technology. Fresh Engineering Graduates and final year students are eligible.

For Management Trainees : Graduate Plus.

For Finance : CA or ICWA.

For Personnel : Post Graduate Degree/Diploma (2 years' full time course) in Personnel Management/MSW/MBA with specialisation in Personnel Management.

For Materials : MBA with specialisation in Materials Management or equivalent (2 years' full time course).

For Marketing : MBA with specialisation in Marketing Management or equivalent (2 years' full time course).

For Administration : Graduate in any discipline with Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management/Public Relations/journalism (Full Time Course). Degree in Law will be preferred.
