Applications are invited by HAL from eligible candidates for courses as Management Trainees (Technical) and Management Trainees (Design).

Age limit
Not above 25 years. Relaxation in age limit is for SC/ST/Ex-S and OBC candidates.

Minimum Educational Qualification
First Class Engineering Degree in AeronauticallMechanicallProdn. Engg ./ElectricaI/Metall urgy /Electronics/Polymer Science from any recognised Institution/University with aggregate of 70% or above marks (60% or above for SC/ST).

Final year Engineering students may also apply provisionally. Their appointment will be subject to their securing a First Class (Second Class in the case of SC/ST candidates) and communicating the results immediately after the announcement.

Other Information
Eligible candidates will be called for a Competitive Examination in Aptitude Test/Engineering concepts and Specialization in relevant discipline to be held at various centres. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview.

Training and Service Bond :
Selected candidates will be detailed for training for a period of about 52 weeks. Only those who complete the training satisfactorily will qualify for appointment.
