Post : I Primary Teachers
Age as on June 30 : 30 years or less
Post : II Trained Graduate Teachers
Age as on June 30 : 35 years or less
Post : III Post-Graduate Teachers
Age as on June 30 : 40 years or less
Post : IV Music Teachers
Age as on June 30 : 30 years or less
Post : V Work Experience (SUPW) Teachers
Age as on June 30 : 35 years or less
Post : VI Librarians
Age as on June 30 : 35 years or less
Post : VII Principals
Age as on June 30 : 35-50 years
Post : VIII Drawing Teachers
Age as on June 30 : 35 years or less
Post : IX Physical Education Teachers
Age as on June 30 : 35 years or less
Minimum Educational Qualification
For Post I : Higher Secondary with JBT (2 years) OR Intennediate with JBT (I year) OR + 2 Examination (Senior School Certificate Examination) with JBT (I year).
For Post II : Second Class Bachelor's Degree (45% marks and above in aggregate including elective and languages in the degree examination considered as equivalent) with University Degree/Diploma in Education/Teaching OR Four years' integrated Degree Course of Regional Colleges of Education of NCERT (with at least 2 Kendriya Vidyalaya subjects as electives).
For Post III : At least Second Class Master's Degree (45% marks and above considered as equivalent).
Note : For all the above three posts the candidate should have the competence to teach the subject through Hindi and English media.
For Post IV : Degree in Music from a recognised University OR Higher Secondary with any of the following viz. Sangeet Visharad of Gandharav Mahavidyalaya,Mumbai OR Bhatkhande Sangeet Vidyapith, Lucknow OR Indira Kala Sangeet Viswavidyalaya, Khairagarh (UP) OR Sangeet Prabhakar ExaminatIon of Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad OR equivalent qualification from other recognised Institutions.
For Post V : A three-year Diploma after Higher Secondary in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics) from an Institution recognised by State GovtlGovt of India. OR Degree from a recognised University in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. OR BSc (Tech) BEd from Regional College of Education.
For Post VI : University Degree in Library Science from a recognised Institution OR Graduate with Diploma in Library Science from a recognised Institution.
For Post VII :
(i) At least Second Class Master's Degree (45% marks or above considered as equivalent),
(ii) A Degree or Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Teaching/Education,
(iii) At least 10 years educational experience including at least 7 years' teaching experience at Senior Secondary or higher levels in recognised Institutions and minimum of 3 years' experience in educational administration.
For Post VIII : A five-year recognised Diploma in Drawing and Painting/Sculpture/ Graphic Art OR Four-year Diploma in Fine Arts and Crafts from Vishva Bharati, Shanti Niketan OR Diploma in Fine Arts from Govt School of Arts and Crafts, Patna OR MA in Drawing and Painting from Agra University, Agra OR equivalent recognised Degree Or BEd DegreeIDiploma in Fine Arts from Regional College of Education.
For Post IX : University Degree with recognised Diploma in Physical Education OR BPE from Laxmibai College of Physical Education or equivalent examination.
