Applications are invited from eligible candidates by the Department of Posts for recruitment as Postal Assistants in Post Offices and Sorting Assistants in Railway Mail Service (RMS) Offices.

Age limit
18 to 25 years. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable for certain categories.

Minimum Educational Qualification
Pass in Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent examination recognised by University or Board excluding vocational streams.

Applicants must have registered their names with any of the Employment Exchanges in the State where the unit of recruitment is located. Applications on plain paper filled in prescribed format and filled in English should be addressed to the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices/Superintendent of Post Offices/Superintendent of RMS, concerned. Apply only against the advertisement published in Newspapers.
