Age limit
Station Officer : Not exceeding 30 years. Sub-Officer : 18-23 years.

Minimum Educational Qualification
For Station Officer : Degree from a recognised University or equivalent along with the relevant Course of National Fire Service College, Nag pur or equivalent- The candidate should have two years' experience in fire fighting in a reputed fire service organisation.
For Sub-Officer : Minimum HSSC (10+2) or its equivalent qualification preferably with Science subjects. Candidate must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend instructions, both in Hindi and English.
