1. Barber : 5th standard passed.
2. Blacksmith : Must possess Blacksmith Certificate from lTI/ITC/NCTVT/Defence Trade Certificate with one year's experience or Passed Class n course for Blacksmith as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualification regulations for soldiers.
3. Boot Maker : Passed 6th standard.
4. Carpenter : Carpenter's certificate from ITI/ITC/NCTVT/Defence Trade Certificate. OR Passed class II course for carpenter as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualification regulation for Soldiers. OR 8th standard pass or equivalent with 3 years' experience in the trade.
5. Charge Electrician : Recognised 3 years' Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. OR Matriculate or equivalent with Electricians certificate issued by ITI/ITC/NCTVT/Defence Trade Certificate/Passed class I course for Electrician as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualification regulation for soldiers with 3 years Regular service in Electrical Engineering job.
6. Charge Mechanic : Recognised 3 years' Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering. OR Matriculate or equivalent with Mechanic MotorNehicle Diesel/C Engines/Tractors certificate issued by ITl/ITC/NCTVT/Defence Trade Certificate/ Passed successfully Class I course of Vehicle Mechanic (Electrical and Mechanical Engineering) as laid down in Defence Service Regulation, qualification regulations for soldiers with 3 years' experience in Recognised Workshop dealing with repair of Mechanical Equipments. Applicable for all.
7. Cook : 5th standard passed.
8. Draughtsman Gd I (LS) Mech : Passed 3 years Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Draughtsmanship from a recognised Institution/Board. OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. OR Passed Class I course for Draughtsman Mechanical as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualification regulations for soldiers.
9. Driver Engine Static : Certificate of Mechanic Diesel/Motor/Vehicle/Tractors from ITI/ITC/NCTVT/Defence Trade Certificate/Passed Class 3 course for Driver Plant and Mechanical Transport as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualification regulations for soldiers.
10. Driller : Passed 5th standard.
11. Driver Mechanical Transport : Age : 18 to 28 years. Should have Passed 8th standard or equivalent. Should possess valid heavy civil driving licence with 3 years' experience. OR Passed Class 3 course for driver plant and Mechanical Transport/Driver Mechanical Transport as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualification regulations for soldiers or equivalent from Navy/Air Force.
12. Electrician : Must possess Certificate of Electrician from ITI/ITC/NCTVT/ Defence Trade Certificate with one year's experience/Passed Electrician Class 2 course as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualification regulations for soldiers.
13. Hindi Translator : Master's Degree of a recognised University in Hindi-English with Hindi and English as main subjects at Degree level. OR Master's Degree of a recognised University in any subject other than Hindi/English with Hindi and English as a main subject at Degree level. OR Master's Degree of a recognised University in any subject other than Hindi/English with Hindi/English medium and English/ Hindi as main subjects at Degree level. OR Master's Degree in Hindi/English or in any other subject with Hindi/English medium with English/Hindi as a main subject or as a medium of examination at Degree level. OR Bachelor Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and other as a main subject plus recognised Diploma/Certificate course in Translation from Hindi to English and vice versa or two years' experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in CentraVState Govt Offices including Govt of India Undertaking.
14. Lower Division Clerk : Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination. Must be able to type at a speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi.
15. Leading Hand (Nursing) : Should be Matriculate or equivalent. Possess recognised Nursing qualification and have practical experience as a Nursing Assistant in a Hospital for at least three years. Must possess basic knowledge in Hygiene and sanitation. OR Passed class I course for Nursing Assistant as laid down in Defence Service regulations, qualification regulations for soldiers.
16. Lending Hand (Non-Tech) : Matriculate or equivalent with 2 years' experience in constructional work/supervision of labour or men.
17. Lineman/Tele Mech : Matriculate or equivalent, Practical proficiency in the trade by actual test/trial.
18. Masalchi : Sth standard passed. Preferably served in a hotel/mess of the job for at least 1 year.
19. Mason : Building construction/Brick Mason Certificate from ITI/ITC/NCTVT/ Defence Trade Certificate. OR Passed certificate Class 2 for Mason as laid down in Defence Service regulations, qualification regulations for soldiers. OR Eighth standard pass or equivalent. Three years' experience in the trade.
20. Mess Waiter : Sth standard Passed. preferably served in some hotel/mess on the job for at least I year.
21. Nursing Assistant : Matriculate with Science and passed First Aid course prescribed by St. John Ambulance Brigade and conducteu by St. John Ambulance Association and have practical experience for one year in a Hospital. OR Matriculate or equivalent. Passed Class 2 course for Nursing Assistant as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualification regulations for soldiers. Possessing Defence Trade Certificate for Nursing Assistant. OR Matriculate or equivalent. Passed with 2 years regular service in General Reserve Engineer Force. Passed Nursing Assistant Class IV course from AMC Centre and School Lucknow and Class III Nursing Assistant Training in a Military Hospital.
22. Operator Excavating Machinery : Age : 18 to 28 years. Must have Passed 8th standard or equivalent. Should possess valid Heavy Civil driving licence with 3 years' experience in operating earth-moving plants. OR Passed Class II course of operator Excavating machinery as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualification regulations for soldiers.
23. Overseer : Civil Engineering diploma/Licentiateship or equivalent.
24. Packer Gd I : Matriculate or equivalent with 3 years' experience in Stores Establishment. Practical proficiency in the trade by actual test/trial.
25. Painter : Painter Certificate from lTI/ITC/NCTV /Defence Trade Certificate. OR Practical proficiency in the trade by actual test/trial.
26. Radio Mechanic : Matriculate or equivalent should possess certificate in Radio Mechanic from ITI/ITC/NCTVT/Defence Trade Certificate with two years' experience as Radio Mechanic Class-1 course for Radio Mechanic as laid down in Defence Service Regulation, qualification regulations for soldiers.
27. Radio Operator : Matriculate or equivalent. Should possess Wireless Operator's Certificate from ITI/ITC/NCTVT/Defence Trade Certificate. Should be proficient in Radio Technology (Morse) procedure. OR Passed class I course of WIfeless Operator and key board as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualification regulations for soldiers, or equivalent from Air Force/Navy. OR Matriculate or equivalent Pioneers with 3 years regular service in GREF, subject to passing trade test conducted, by GREF Centre equivalent to Defence Trade Certificate.
28. Safaiwala : Preferably passed 5th standard.
29. Storekeeper Technical : Matriculate or equivalent. Sotre keeping knowledge of stores relating to Vehicle/engineering equipments for 3 years in stores establishment. OR Passed Class II course for Storeman Technical as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualifications regulations for soldiers.
30. Store Supervisor Gd II : Age : 18 to 28 years. Diploma in. Material Management or inventory control or stores keeping from recognised Institution. OR Diploma in Mechanica1/Automobile/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent. OR Matriculate or equivalent, Passed Class I course for Storeman Technical as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualification regulations for soldiers. OR Graduate with two years' experience in handling of Engineer Stores with reputed firms of Central Government Department.
31. Steno Gd III : Matriculate or equivalent. Candidates will have to Pass Written Examination and Stenography test including transcription of shorthand notes on typewriter within given time. Test may be given either in English or in Hindi. 32. Storeman: Matriculate or equivalent with 2 years' experience in stores establishment.
33. Superintendent Building and Roads Gd I : Age : 18 to 30 years. Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
34. Superintendent Building & Roads Gd II : 3 years' Diploma/Licentiateship in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognised Institution.
35. Superintendent Electrical and Mechanical Gd I : Age : 18 to 30 years. Recognised Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
36. Superintendent Electrical and Mechanical Gd II: Recognised 3 years' Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
37. Supervisor Non-Technical Gd I : Graduate of a recognised University. Possess NCC 'B' Certificate/Ex-Nb/Subedar from the Army or equivalent from Navy/Air Force.
38. Supervisor Non-Technical Gd II : Graduate from recognised University. Possess NCC 'B' Certificate/Ex-Nb/Sub GD from the Anny or equivalent from Navy/Air Force.
39. Surveyor & Draughtsman (Field & Topo) : Matriculate or equivalent and passed Surveyor Certificate from lTI/ITC/NCTVT/Defence Trade Certificate/ successfully completed Surveyor Field Class I course as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualification regulations for soldiers.
40. Tailor : Cutting and tailoring certificate issued by ITI/ITC/NCTVT. OR 5th standard passed with practical proficiency in the trade by test/trial.
41. Tin and Coppersmith : Sheet-metal certificate from ITI/ITC/NCTVT/Defence Trade Certificate with one year experience/Passed class 2 course for Copper and Tinsmith as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualification regulations for soldiers.
42. Telephone Operator : Matriculate or equivalent. Should possess telephone Operator's Certificate from recognised Institution with one year experience as telephone operator/Passed Class I course for telephone operator as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualifications regulations for soldiers.
43. Turner : Must possess Turner Certificate from lTI/ITC/NCTVT/Defence Trade Certificate with one year experience/Passed Class II course for Turner as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualification regulations for soldiers.

49. Blood Transfusion Asst : Civilian Nurse having Matriculate or equivalent qualification and one year experience at Blood Transfusion Assistant in a Civil Hospital or Blood Bank. Should Pass Trade Test. OR Matriculate cr equivalent. Passed Class I course for Blood Transfusion Assistant as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualification regulations for soldiers.
50. Draugtsman Gd (LS) (Civ) : Passed 2 years National Trade Certificate for braughtsman (Civil) and having one year practical experience in the trade/one year National Apprenticeship Certificate. OR Possessing National Apprenticeship Certificate of 3 years issued by the National Council for Vocational Training, Govt of India, Ministry of Labour for Draughtsman Civil.
51. Hindi Typist (LDC) : Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination. Must be able to type at a speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi.
52. Lab Assistant : Laboratory Assistant Certificate from ITI/ITC/NCTVT/Defence Trade Certificate with one year's experience as Laboratory Assistant in a Hospital. OR Passed Class I course for Laboratory Assistant as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualification regulations for soldiers.
53. Lab Assistant (Micro) : Matriculate or equivalent with Medical Laboratory Technology Certificate. OR Matriculate or equivalent, passed Class I course for Laboratory Technician as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, qualification regulations for soldiers/Possessing Defence Trade Certificate in Laboratory Technician Class I.
