Unit Trust of India invites applications from Indian Nationals for the post of Staff Officer Grade. A' in its various Offices in India.

Age limit
Between 21 and 26 years. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

Minimum Educational Qualification
Degree from a recognised University or equivalent:
(1) BA/MA with Economics as a principal/main subject with a minimum of 50 per cent marks or;
(2) B.Com/M.Com with a minimum of 50 per cent marks or;
(3) BA/MA with a subject other than Economics with a minimum of 60 per cent marks or;
(4) BSc/MSc with a minimum of 65 per cent marks or;
(5) Chartered/ Cost Accountant with a Bachelor's Degree or;
(6) Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from a Management Institute of repute like Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Bangalore or Calcutta.

However, SC/ST candidates with mere Graduation or equivalent recognised qualifications are eligible to apply.

Examination Fee
Rs 5o/-. No fee for SC/ST/Ex-Seivicemen candidates. The fee must be paid in the form of crossed Bank Draft ( drawn on a Bank at Mumbai) or crossed Postal Order (payable at GPO, Mumbai) favouring Unit Trust of India. Remittance in any other form will not be accepted.

Centre of Examination
Written Examination will be held at New Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta and Chennai.

Reservation of Seats
SC 15 per cent, ST 7.5 per cent.

Other Information
Candidates will be called for a Written Examination which will be of the Objective Type. The objective type examination will consist ofa test of reasoning, quantitative aptitude, test of English and general awareness.

Candidates who qualify in the Written Examination will be called for a Group Discussion Test. Candidates who qualify in the Group Discussion Test will only be called for Final Interview.
