Minimum Educational Qualification
Candidates should have minimum one of thri following qualifications from a recognised University/Institute with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade.
(a) For Engineer 1rainees: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering -Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, Metallurgy, Telecommunication and Electronics or Industrial Engineering.
(b) For Engineer/Management 1rainees (MIS): Degree in Engineering in any branch with one year diploma in Computer Science/Applications or Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Master's Degree in Computer Applications.
(c) For Management Trainees:
(i) Personnel : A Master's Degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Personnel Management or a Post-Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare or Post- Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialisation in Personnel Management and Labour Welfare or a Diploma equivalent to any of the above Post-Graduate Degree (2 years full time course). (ii) Marketing : A Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or its equivalent. Post-Gradriate Diploma in Business Administration with specialisation in Marketing Management (2 years full time course).
