Jind : A 35-year-old woman in Haryana who killed her two minor children to
elope with her 20-year-old lover has been arrested, police said on Sunday.
Police also arrested Kulwanti Devi alias Babli's lover Ram Meher, also a
resident of Julhera village and a cousin of the woman's husband, Dharamvir
