TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) The rates mentioned are gross including the agency commission component.
2) All release orders should necessarily indicate impression, goals and start/end dates.
3) For clients who are sending the creative, the following has to be observed:
- Files to be sent in gif or jpeg format, which may contain animation of 468 X 60 pixels/ 125 X 125 pixels and a maximum file size of 8 KB.
- The click through URL and the ALT text tag should be necessarily mentioned.
4) For Clients who want to use the creative making facility of 'punjabkesari.com', they should send the undermentioned things:
- Creative Brief
- Logos (in GIF or JPEG formats)
- Copy
- Click through URL & ALT text tag
5) Specific flights details and creative rotations should be clearly mentioned.
6) While all efforts would be made to start the campaigns at the earliest, yet the outer limit would be 48 hrs.
7) All payments to be made through crossed-cheques/ Drafts in the name of Punjab Kesari Pvt. Ltd. Draft being payable at Delhi only.
8) Each client will be provided a unique user name and a password to monitor the campaign on an ongoing basis.
