की इस लड़ाई में दीपक और मोमबत्ती जलाकर बीते
रविवार को अपनी एकजुटता दिखाई। कोरोना वायरस के खिलाफ पीएम मोदी ने देश का सामूहिक
जज्बा दिखाते हुए लोगों से अपील की थी वह रविवार रात को 9 बजे अपने घरों की लाइटें
बंद करके दीपक और मोमबत्ती नौ मिनट तक जलाकर रखें।
भारतीय टीम के कप्तान विराट कोहली, मास्टर ब्लास्टर सचिन तेंदुलकर, टीम इंडिया के मुख्य कोच रवि शास्त्री, पूर्व सलामी बल्लेबाज वीरेंद्र सहवाग, रविचंद्रन अश्विन, सुरेश रैना और कई खिलाड़ियों ने इस महामारी के खिलाफ सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से एकजुटता दिखाई। निस्वार्थ सेवा के लिए तेंदुलकर ने सभी सफाईकर्मियों को धन्यवाद किया। ट्विटर पर एक तस्वीर शेयर करते हुए तेंदुलकर ने कहा, मेरा परिवार और में निस्वार्थ भाव से हमारे आसपास के इलाकों और अस्पतालों में साफ़–सफाई करके प्रभावित इलाकों को संक्रमण मुक्त करने और वायरस को निष्प्रभावी करने के लिए सफाईकर्मियों को धन्यवाद देते हैं।

टीम इंडिया के कप्तान विराट कोहली ने अपनी पत्नी अनुष्का शर्मा के साथ दीपक जलाया। विराट ने ट्विटर पर तस्वीर साझा करते हुए लिखा, एक साथ गयी प्रार्थना से फर्क पड़ता है. प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के लिए प्रार्थना, एकजुट रहिये। विराट ने आगे लिखा, मैंने भगवान से प्रार्थना की कि उन लोगों की पीड़ा खत्म कीजिये जो अपने परिवार के बिना ही जान गंवा रहे हैं, उन जरूरतमंदों के लिए प्रार्थना की जिनकी जिंदगी पूरी तरह बदल गयी है, उन स्वास्थकर्मियों के लिए जो दिन रात सेवा में लगे हैं और अन्य लोगों का जीवन बचा रहे हैं, उन लोगों के लिए जो अपने भविष्य और नौकरी को लेकर अनिश्चित हैं। उन्होंने ने लिखा, इसलिए आज रात मैंने हर किसी के लिए अतिरिक्त प्रार्थना की और पूरे भारत के साथ दीपक जलाय और हम सभी ने एक दूसरे के लिए प्रार्थना की. प्रार्थना कभी भी बेकार नहीं जातीं।
